Meditation is a valuable tool that helps shed light on the “stuff” that keeps us trapped, the unconscious material that may be running our life. With meditation, we discover the place of centered awareness—the seat of the Self.

There are many benefits to meditation, from reducing stress to improving our creative abilities. But the real reason to meditate is to tune in and get in touch with the wonder of who you are—connecting with the source of life, the peace that all spiritual traditions talk about that transcends all understanding. In meditation we connect with our core consciousness—spirit, mystery, and the divine.

A regular meditation practice can be extremely beneficial, with as little as 15 minutes each day leading to an increased sense of self and living a life that is grounded, balanced, centered and aligned with nature.
