Yoga

No one is wise by birth, for Wisdom results from one’s efforts.

Krishnamacharya

The art of living life aligned with nature’s rhythms.

We are all having an internal identity crisis, identifying with our beliefs, concepts and delusions born out of our conditioning. Every breath we take, we have two choices:
  • Continuing to live a “soap opera” (trapped in ego conditioning and cycles of the ego)
  • Confronting the truth of who we are (experiencing the joy of spiritual growth)

Yoga offers us a beautiful way to connect with the most essential parts of ourselves, helping to cultivate an integrated sense of mind, heart, body and spirit. This relationship with our soul is the union that Yoga is fostering. Yoga guides us back home inside ourselves, quieting the grasping and aversion to the outside world through learning the subtle language of the body.

Drawing from extensive studies in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation, I offer a challenging practice that builds strength, endurance and flexibility—resulting in a personalized routine that you can do at home, rebalancing and opening the body so that we can receive the goodness and abundance that life offers.
